Download Oracle Data Integrator (Sunopsis) from Oracle Technology Network!

Sunopsis has now renamed as Oracle Data Integrator and the evaluation version of the software is available for download here:

Download Oracle Data Integrator 10.1.3.2.0

I guess that Oracle Data Integrator will be the next generation of ETL tool Oracle will promote, just like OBIEE. Basically, you can get a multi-DBMS tool that is not just work against Oracle database, but a lot of different data sources, which is the same philosophy followed by Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition.
